You should do more research into this forum and what happens here before going much further. There are convenient links scattered everywhere (including Hexxx's sig) that will help you with whatever it is you're trying to do.
If you'd rather not be mercilessly ridiculed and your reputation scarred for a long time, please do consider reading up first.

Edited by: Daeva Vios on 12/10/2007 13:03:02 What I'm getting at is that if this is an attempt to drum up interest for a corporation when it goes public, the OP needs to do more research.
If the OP is looking for advice, what sort of advice is the OP looking for? There are no questions anywhere in the post.
The OP needs to do more research and look into every resource available on this forum, because as it stands this just seems like a solo exercise.
And finally, if this is roleplaying, the roleplaying forum is 6 forums up in "Corporation and Alliance Summit" or 13 forums up in the "Intergalactic Summit"

Edited by: Daeva Vios on 13/10/2007 15:08:23 I guess I should state that I'm not against roleplay. I RP in a few other games (gasp, EVE isn't all-consuming) and I do have a regular table-top group (gasp, geeking out ). I guess it's a combination of a shift in how I think about the game when I'm on EVE and shock that someone would actually consider RPing market stuff.
In the end I'm glad to see someone willing and able to power through the harassment they're bound to get here, in a way that I haven't really seen before.
Again, I was just trying in my own way to point the OP in the right direction to people who might be more receptive, or to the right methods to survive the general fury that is the Market Discussions forum.

Wow! I've finally found a forum where the people are more judgmental, mean spirited, and rude than Crime and Punishment! Awesome.
Who cares how this guy posts and what he posts about? This thread seems generally related to the stated "topic" of this channel--market discussions. If he roleplays, so be it. There isn't anything wrong with that.
As far as I'm concerned he can post "give me isk and I'll give you some back in a month." If you don't like it, don't bother replying to him.
Certainly telling him to not roleplay and to follow your rules before posting is rude as frack.

This means a lot coming from you, Karlemgne, and you've got Ezoran's support too.
It's especially hilarious because the post you've quoted contains a warning and some advice. I guess I shouldn't be nice to people. That sort of trolling is such a problem on these message boards.
You guys need to find something better to do.

Edited by: Daeva Vios on 19/11/2007 13:59:47 It's time for the Caldari to realize that their dreams of domination are simply that: Dreams.
Turning away money because of race is foolishness, and betrays a deep lack of understanding for the tides of history.
The empires are fading, us pilots are all that matter now. Race and creed fall flat before ISK, and any who do not realize that are doomed to fail, despite any current appearance of success.
You are riding a receding tide. I hope you will have enough sense to realize it before it is too late.

I am truly sorry to hear of this. I hope that all turns out alright, in the end. Know that you're in my prayers.
